 QUICKPAY INSTRUCTIONS:
 
   1. Issue and mail a check payable to The Pointe at Beckett HOA, PO BOX 561, West Chester, OH 45071, or
       2. Pay online directly from the invoice emailed to you or by accessing the online portal directly here. NOTE: If you have been invoiced for Late or Collection Fees, you must pay your General Assessment invoice and your Late Fees/Collection Fees invoice(s). Late fees will continue to accrue until all invoices, including Late Fees, and Collection Fees have been paid in full. If you have not registered for the online portal, you can still pay online by using the primary email address on file at the HOA and a one-time-password (OTP) to access your account. Use the Pay Now button in the blue box.

   DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS:

1.   Online banking:  You must have online banking with the bank account you plan to use for your HOA payment.

2.   Home owners portal account:  If you have an email address on file with the Pointe at Beckett Home Owners Association (PAB-HOA), you should receive an email in early January 2026 with the heading The Point at Beckett Home Owners Association invites you to join in the PAB-HOA portal.   
  • If you do not receive the email by January 5, and there is no invitation from
       PAB-HOA <[email protected]> in your spam folder, please Contact Us. 
  • Only the Primary Account Holder email address is permitted to pay from the online portal. If you wish to pay and you are not listed as Primary, Contact Us - or try to pay directly from the PAY NOW box on your invoice. 
  • ​​​When paying from the online portal, click PAY NOW from the blue highlighted box, as shown below.

Note that this PAB-HOA portal account is different from the account used a couple years ago when the HOA contracted online payment services with a property manager. 

3.    Invoice from the PAB-HOA portal account: If you have an email address on file with the HOA, you should receive a 2nd email early in January with your invoice. You can pay your invoice directly from this email by pressing Pay Now inside the blue box.
  • ​​Alternatively, you may try signing in to the Portal using an email address that you receive emails from the HOA and a one-time password (OTP) through the following link:

  • If you do not receive the invoice email by January 5, and there is no invoice email from
       PAB-HOA <[email protected]> in your Spam folder, please Contact Us.

4.   Initiating an ACH payment from your bank account: ACH payments may take up to 5 business days to process, so please initiate your payment as early as possible to reduce the risk of late payment penalties.  
  • Select Bank Account Payment Mode > Make Payment.
  • Enter your name and email address, then press PAY.
  • Through the Stripe app, select or enter your bank/credit union. If your financial institution is not on the list, you will not be able to use the ACH payment feature.
  • You will then sign in to your online banking app and select the account to use for payment.
  • After you submit your ACH payment, you will receive an email from PAB-HOA
       <[email protected]> confirming that your PAB HOA online payment was initiated.
  • Funds should be withdrawn from your account and received by the PAB HOA within 5 business days.

5.   Troubleshooting payments from the PAB-HOA portal account: 
  • If you receive an error that "you cannot make online payments for this invoice," ensure that :
    • ​you are using the primary account holder email address
    • you press "Pay Now" from the blue box, not the "total Payable Amount via Online Payments" line.
  • If you experience bank connection issues, please mail your payment instead. 

6.   Mail a Payment: If you are mailing a payment, please make check payable and mail to The Pointe at Beckett HOA, PO Box 561, West Chester, OH 45071. Include your name and address with your payment. USPS indicates that typical delivery for 1st class mail is within 1-5 business days after mailing, but there is no guarantee. Please mail payment as early as possible to reduce the risk of late payment penalties.  

7.  Late Payment Penalties: In accordance with the HOA Collection Policy available at pointeatbeckett.com, Late Fees of $25 per month will be applied if payment is not received by January 31, 2026, along with legal fees for prolonged non-payment. 

8.   Contact your HOA Board for Assistance: If you encounter any issues, Contact Us.

 Updating a Home Owner's Email, Phone Number or Mailing Address:

The PAB-HOA online portal currently has limited access for home owners to change Contact Person email address and phone.
Should home owners need to update this information, send the updates through an email on the PAB-HOA portal or Contact Us. ​
