​Instructions for Paying The Pointe at Beckett HOA Online:  

1.   Online banking:  You must have online banking with the bank account you plan to use for your HOA payment.

2.   Home owners portal account:  If you have an email address on file with the Pointe at Beckett (PAB) Home Owners Association (HOA), you should receive an email in early January with the heading The Point at Beckett Home Owners Association invites you to join in the PAB-HOA portal.   
  • If you do not receive the email by January 5, and there is no invitation from PAB-HOA <[email protected]> in your spam folder, please Contact Us. 
  • Note that this PAB HOA portal account is different from the account used a couple years ago when the HOA contracted services with a property manager. 

3.    Invoice from the PAB HOA portal account: If you have an email address on file with the HOA, you should receive a 2nd email early in January with the heading 2026 General Assessment Invoice email in early January with the heading Invoice from The Pointe at Beckett Home Owners Association.  You can access the PAB HOA Portal directly from this email by pressing PAY NOW.
  • Alternatively, you may try signing in to the Portal using an email address that you receive emails from the HOA using a one-time password (OTP) and the following link:

       If you do not receive the invoice email by January 5, and there is no invoice email from PAB-HOA <message-             [email protected]> in your Spam folder, please Contact Us.  


4.   Initiating an ACH payment from your bank account:
  • There is a third-party processing fee of 0.8% of the total amount paid that will be withdrawn from your bank account (for example, the fee is $4.00 for a $500 invoice).
  • ACH payments may take up to 5 business days to process, so please initiate your payment by January 25 to ensure it is received before late penalties apply.
  • Select Bank Account Payment Mode > Make Payment.
  • Enter your name and email address, then press PAY.
  • Through the Stripe app, select or enter your bank/credit union. If your financial institution is not on the list, you will not be able to use the ACH payment feature.
  • You will then sign in to your online banking app and select the account to use for payment.
  • After you submit your ACH payment, you will receive an email from PAB-HOA <[email protected]> confirming that your PAB HOA online payment was initiated.
  • Funds should be withdrawn from your account and received by the PAB HOA within 5 business days.

5.   Initiating a Mastercard or Visa credit card payment:  
  • This service is included in with ACH payment module, although it has a high third-party processing fee of 2.9% plus 30 cents (for example, the fee is around $15 for a $500 invoice).
  • Select Credit Card Payment Mode > Proceed to Payment.
  • Enter credit card payment information, then press PAY.

6.   Bank or Credit Card Connection Issues: If you experience bank or credit card connection issues, please mail your payment instead.

7.   Mail a Payment Instead: If you are mailing a payment, please make check payable and mail to The Pointe at Beckett HOA, PO Box 561, West Chester, OH 45071. Include your name and address with your payment. Allow sufficient time for payment to be received by January 31, 2026 to avoid late payment fees.
