We are located in West Chester, Ohio, a northern suburb of Cincinnati. Our area is known for great public schools (Lakota) and lots to do. We have terrific restaurants, shopping and movie theatres. Mailbox Information The only approved replacement style of mailbox for the Pointe at Beckett is the black cast aluminum mailbox from Addresses of Distinction. The board negotiated special pricing for Pointe at Beckett owners and a dedicated order website has been set up for homeowners to use to order one of these approved mailboxes. Below are the special prices and when each is available, along with a link to order website for this community’s exclusive use. https://mymailboxorder.com/pointe-at-becket/ This page has all the information you need to purchase your new mailbox system, approved by the Pointe at Beckett Community. The newly approved system is one of our Large Avenue systems, featuring 2” vinyl gold numbers. Your new mailbox system will be shipped directly to you. Ordering information: Installation instructions can be found on the order website. The cost of Mailbox kit is approximately $320.00 If you own a mailbox that is in bad repair, please plan to order and install one of these approved mailboxes as soon as possible. You must arrange for installation. Many of the neighbors have already ordered and installed the new mailbox system and they look great. HOA Dues Payment Information! Will be updated here by the end of 2024 for the 2025 calendar year! Reminders for Our Homeowners.... The trees in front of your house in the right of way are the responsibility of the homeowner which includes trimming, removing and replacing. Trees must be trimmed up at least 7 feet above the sidewalk. Don’t forget that if you are replacing your tree, the HOA has selected a new tree to use. It is listed in the file below. The sidewalks are also the responsibility of the homeowner. Many sidewalks have raised or lowered creating a trip hazard to pedestrians. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to fix these trip hazards. Please be careful driving through the neighborhood as the speed limit is 25 mph and we have lots of small children at play, and neighbors out walking. All home improvements/changes to the exterior which includes landscaping of your home requires an HOA application submitted to the board for approval. This is available on our website and the turnaround time is usually very short. No trailers, campers, recreational vehicles or boats are allowed to be parked on your property unless in a garage or with written permission from the board. Lawns and yards must be well kept with uniform ground coverage and be free of excessive weeds. All lawns must be kept mowed and free of debris and clutter. All fences need to be split rail or black rod iron. If you have a split rail fence please monitor the condition of the fence and repair it as needed. Exterior "permanent" holiday lighting must not be in flashing/moving mode and should be turned to only white lights, except for during holidays.
