When you purchased your home, you agreed to abide by the Pointe at Beckett governing documents, available for viewing here.
These documents require that any home improvement or exterior change to your home or property - including landscaping over two feet high - be submitted to the Board for approval via an Improvement Application before any work begins.
Please note that your volunteer Board did not create these restrictions but is obligated to enforce them. The Board strives to review all applications promptly and will respond to the email address provided with your submission. If you do not receive a response within one week, please Contact Us.
